The mission of the World Center for Concrete Technology (WCCT) is to provide leadership, advancement and mastery of concrete technology through education, training, research, testing, information management and communications. This is accomplished by securing shared participation, cooperation, assistance and support of all those interested in concrete technology worldwide.
